Designed and drafted the plans for the plumbing, ventilation, electrical and refrigeration work for the processes. Guided the design and execution of the process automation work. Performed structural mezzanine and architectural work, including moving the old equipment, demolition work and even painting, a turnkey project! Worked with artists to create custom architectural light fixtures.
Performed steel structure work to create the new support needed to excavate the existing basement. Increased the client’s electrical capacity to 500 A, which included performing the necessary concreting work. Redid the electrical panels for each housing unit and the commercial ground floor. Redid the plumbing in the basement, and on the ground floor and first floor. Did fit up work on the commercial ground floor: all architectural work, interior finish and coat of fireproof paint to protect the steel structure. Made openings to install windows and did masonry work.
Did electrical and lighting work for the signage at the airport's entrance. Built a network of power and communication ducts, and pulled cables and conductors in the access pits. Supplied and installed the light fixtures, oriented them and hooked them up to their control panel.

Built the foundation, installed the building envelopes and did mechanical and electrical work on a remote cottage being self-built. This project involved many challenges, including the discovery of massive bedrock. Adapted the foundation’s height to the terrain, drilled, blasted and reused the rock debris for the foundation bed. Installed support pillars, built the staircase-style foundation and waterproofed it. Coordinated with contractors for the drilling of the artesian well and routed the electrical services to the cottage. Coordinated with a consultant specialized in septic systems and installed the chosen system. Did sub-slab plumbing work and raised the drainage piping. Did electrical work from the underground ductwork to the interior finish and did all the ventilation work for ambient air management.
Installed the parking management and vehicle access control system for the new Slush Puppie amphitheater. Did excavation work to locate the existing ducts and extend them. Cut the paved area to install vehicle detection loops. Installed our steel forms specially designed for this type of project, installed the duct required for the new setup and reinforced and poured the concrete. Restored the paving when the work was completed. Installed the power and communication ducts. Pulled the fibre optic cables and did the long-distance link terminations and structured cabling for the local area network. Installed high-visibility bollards, barriers and pay stations.
Did the electrical work for the entire seven-storey building being built, including electrical distribution, hooking up the mechanical equipment, lighting, outlets for amenities, communication cabling and the fire alarm system.
Offices of Marie-Hélène Lamontagne, podologist Did joint work to obtain a permit from the municipality and drew up the plans with our partners. Did the turnkey fit up of a foot care room, which included removing and replacing the flooring, building a new partition to separate the two tenants, adding a sink and counter, moulding and ogees, a soundproof door, lighting and fire detection. Phase 2, which will involve making the premises accessible to people with reduced mobility, is being designed.
Calculated the make-up air requirements for the commercial kitchen. Installed an exhaust system (range hood, fan and welded duct), an automatic fire extinguishing system (including portable fire extinguishers), a fresh air supply system, thermal insulation, and did the electrical and control connections required for an installation in compliance with the NFPA 96 standard (Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations). Propane gas work including the installation of the tank, the piping and the connection of each appliance.
Did electrical work that involved, among other things, electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm and control of the mechanical equipment. Did plumbing and natural gas work that involved cutting the concrete floors, installing a network of domestic water and gas supply pipes, installing a drainage system and hooking up the equipment. Did ventilation work that involved installing a network of ducts supplying fresh air to the kitchen and a network of ducts for air distribution and general air conditioning. Installed exhaust equipment for the kitchen, including a duct, a range hood, a steel support structure, an automatic fire extinguishing system and thermal insulation. Painted the premises, including the ceiling.
Completely overhauled seven booths at the entrances to the parking lots, on the periphery of the site. Each involved tearing down the old concrete infrastructure and removing the equipment, excavating to install protective steel bollards with a concrete base, installing our steel forms specially designed for this type of project, installing the duct required for the new setup and reinforcing and pouring the concrete.
Installed parking management and vehicle access control equipment, made electrical connections and did the long-distance fibre optic link terminations.
Carried out a design-build project (building mechanicals and electricity) based on the client’s needs. This resulted in a complete turnkey setup of a commercial space, including a kitchenette, offices, a conference room and washrooms. Our execution mandate involved all the architectural work, flooring, fire sprinklers, electricity, communications, ventilation, intrusion alarm, carpentry and painting.
